  1. Last summer I bought a Nokia E61 in order not to have it as a phone but as a handheld computer for writing. This E61 was in the beginning just what I wanted until I discovered many functions that were corrupt. It was at authorised service centres twice but they never found the errors which I had described very thoroughly. They just returned the phone and said it was repaired. After many pains which had to end in an ”official complaints authority” in Sweden I got my money back.
Now I am very much in need of a replacement for the lost E61 but I am very hesitant of buying Nokia due to the treatment I got. I am however still considering the E61 as it had its advantages when it was working - but what if it does not work. Do someone have experience with E61? Does the Word and other office programs work? My biggest problem was that the word-file suddenly was corrupted in the phone. I could transfer some files to the PC and recover them but some files made the PC stop. I am sure I did not have a Virus because I bought a Virus program to E61 when I started with internet.

I have looked at HTC 4350. Perhaps that could be an alternative. Do you know if HTC is a good brand? What is the difference between Symbian and Microsoft Mobile that are in HTC?

This is really off topic as this is a mobile phone issue, not a PC issue. I'd suggest you take a look at the forums at
    http://www.howardforums.com
where they have a Nokia forum. There are a lot of smart people there who know a lot about phones and you can probably get more help there than here.
