I have a movie on two discs disc 1 is the feature, disc 2 is all the extras. Currently working on disc 2. Problem is: the VTS has 2 PGC and I want to keep both. On my first attempt I loaded the VOBs into DGIndex and converted BOTH PGCs to one d2v and encoded with TMPGenc. Outcome was that PGC 1 was perfect PGC 2 was out of sync. Have since discovered that DGIndex is only supposed to process 1 PGC at a time. Help anyone?

Are you keeping original menus on the extras dvd?
Personally I use muxman. But Ifoedit has an authoring engine you can use to mux also. After that you use vobblanker to replace into the original dvd...if you're keeping menus.
