Hey ppl, im having a problem i have the film Monsters House, i tryed to open it in TMPGEnc Plus 2.5, but when i browse only the video appears no audio. As you can see from the picture below:
So i used AviWav33 to rip the audio out of the video so i could use that in the audio browse part but it i had no joy with that, (there still was no audio).
Finially i used VirtualDub with the wav file i ripped and dubbed the film then tryed to open that into TMPGEnc Plus 2.5 but still only the video appeared as in the picture above.
So can someone please show me how i can import the film into TMPGEnc Plus 2.5 so that i can convert it and burn to cd.
Below is the information of the film using GSpot (what a name lol)
I hope some1 can help me asap please do
If u need any more information in which i can help you solve the problem please pm or just post the question here.
Thank You

WAV files are just like AVI files -- they can contain uncompressed audio as well as compressed audio. My guess is you didn't decompress the audio when you saved as WAV. So you still have compressed audio (probably AC3) in the WAV file.
If you want to extract as uncomrpessed WAV in VirtualDub:
1) File -> Open AVI
2) Audio -> Full Processing Mode
3) Audio -> Conversion (48 KHz, 16 bit, stereo)
4) File -> Save WAV -

What should i do now??? Please help i really want this film to burn to cd.
Thank You -
TMPGEnc will only open AC3 with the AC3ACM filter. You will have to make sure that OpenDML is higher than DirectShow in TMPGEnc's VFAPI plugin order.
It will also be added to you Audio compression codec list in Virtualdub and solve your problems there too.
