As my budget is not big and I've already purchased a JVC HR-S8600E, can a DataVideo 200 replace an AVToolbox AVT-8710 (CTB100) TBC? Or am I better going for the TBC and using a cheaper Adstech Pyro capture card (capture format: DV-AVI)?
I would go for a Hauppauge, however have been advised that if I'd liked to do the following to my videos (depending on their quality) I should not be capturing in MPEG as once I start editing the video, picture quality will decrease majorly....
Adjust Brightness
Add Film Tint (blue is quite modern and refreshing)
Add Titles
Author a DVD with Menu's, etc.
