Pioneer DVR-420, DVD-Writer very noise

Dear all,

about nearly 5 - 8 months i have a problem with the built-in DVDwriter DVR-107-XA.
Always after i'am turn on the Recorder the DVDwriter is very noise and everyday a little more... its not funny to record or watch a film from HDD oder DVD or listening a Music-CD.
And every day the noise is a little bit more.
I can put a CD, a DVD or the Device is empty... its allways the same noise..
I look arround but i don't find any replacement part.
The onlyway is the support from Pioneer but this very expensive.
Hat somebody a idea to solve this problem bevor i put the recorder in the dust bin?

206,49 euro + TAX + 5,50 Euros shipping and handling wooow...
