Does anyone know if such a creature exists?
I like the beta powertoy Shellplayer for its minimalist habits - a tiny interface, and best of all, doesn't put any button on the taskbar --- it is self-contained in its own toolbar.
But it is rather buggy, and chokes on mp3 (only seems to like wav and wma)
MicroSoft dropped development, so sad.
I wonder if anyone knows of a similar software.

Thank you, yhe2x.
I tried, and love, that one.
( Still hoping to find something that doesn't put a button on the task bar.)grannyGeek ~~
