    Hi, I am trying to convert some VCD .DAT files to an audio format to make an audio cd. Is there a way to do this? Thanks.

    Use vcdgear to convert .dat to .mpg then demux and voila you have your .mp2 that you can load in winamp and listen or use winamps diskwriter to make .wav files or just load the whole .mpg into virtualdub and then save the .wav and encode anyway you want. Many, many ways to do it.
