i converted my divx movie into mpeg 1 format. now when i go into easy cd creator 5 to burn it onto vcd, it tells me that my video bitrate will not work (my video bitrate is at 1246 kbits) and it says that my audio bitrate is ok (my audio bitrate is at 128 kbits i think). is there a special bitrate i have to put for audio and video for vcd's? if there is, could u tell me and what i can do to correct my video so i can burn it. thxs :D

Take a look to the left at 'What is' and the white book specs for VCD and SVCD are listed. VCDs should be 352x240 video=1150kbit/s and audio=224kbit/s.
Easy CD (or Nero) aren't the best for burning x(S)VCDs [they can do it but often have problems, esp with time codes). I would try using VCDImager to make a bin/cue of the MPEG and then burn it.
Go to http://www.doom9.org and d/load VCDEasy. It's a GUI that comes bundled w/ VCDImager and CDRDAO (a freeware burner program that can burn bin/cue files).
