I need to downsample mpeg2 2450/224Kbps video/audio - help? My SVCD won't play in my DVD player (it's very choppy, and other SVCD's of lower bitrate have worked in the past. I can't find any tools to downsample the mpeg1 layer2 audio - please advise.
Thanks!

you can reencode with tmpgenc www.vcdhelp.com/tmpgenc.htm if you get trouble openeing the svcd try this www.vcdhelp.com/mpeg2tovcd.htm
you can also only reencode the audio to lower bitrate, demultiplex the svcd www.vcdhelp.com/faq.htm#demultiplex and then reencode the audio part with for example tmpgenc or toolame. last multitplex back www.vcdhelp.com/faq.htm#multiplex and burn to svcd.
