I got my WD52627 last year and I'm generally pleased with the unit. However, for some reason, I'm not getting audio when I tune the HDTV channels. I still have terrestrial cable TV for my regular channels and I have an HDMI-capable DVD player hooked up. I also have an XBOX360 hooked in. The only input that does not play audio through the speakers on the TV is the HDTV channels input (which I have wired to a set of "rabbit ears"). I've tried the obvious (Are the TV speakers turned off in the setup), but no dice. The only other clue I have is that the closed captioning does work on the HDTV stations. Perculiarly, I don't get closed captioning on the Cable box, but I guess that's a different matter.
Has anyone seen this happening? Luckily I had audio during the Super Bowl!
Thanks,
Fred van West
