i was using cucusoft converter since i use real(rm,rmvb files) its very easy i upload the file rm.avi,asf it builds the files and then ask me to burn the dvd i use to some decent dvds, but since 2 days ago, i upload the 1st video, ok and then try to upload or convert the second file , the converter crash( this program must close...) i m using the same resources as i did when there was no problem, any idea why it crashs..i reinstalled the converter (deleted the folder)but no results.

the converter is fine but it doesnt work anymore
