    Hello all,

As you can see I am a Newbie here, so if I didn't post this in the right section please move it.

I need some help with saving Flash movies.
I know it's pretty easy to save flash movies from sites such as Youtube with Firefox VideoDownloader, but there are some sites where I just can't figure it out.
Such as Webisodes on TV station websites, I'm sure there must be a way since you can download almost everything on the web.

So maybe someone here knows a way to save them?

Another problem that I have is; is it possible to get a videoclip that I put on DVD from a VHS in my computer so that I can put it online on Youtube, or change it in to a format so that I can edit stuff with it in Windows Movie Maker.

Thanks in advance for any help!

    1. Try Replay Media Catcher, http://applian.com/replay-media-catcher/ , it supports all new flash flv streaming protocols (RTMP, HTTP).

    2. Use VOB2MPG to get a mpg from the DVD, edit the mpg in Windows Movie Maker. Or edit the mpg/vob with Videoredo or mpg2cut2 and then upload it to youtube.
