    excuse my english,

    does someone knows what software should I use to add subtitles (from .srt) to a dvd, for the subtitles to look like those on the original dvd's, and what settings should I use...

    bellow, there are 2 examples of subtitle from a original dvd
    I don't know how they do it like that, but it's perfect...

    You can use SubtitleCreator to do that. Tools->DVD authoring wizard.
