Created a movie from iPhoto and QT info shows it as MPEG4 720 x 540, 8.57 mbits/Sec, with a duration of 08:08:55 and data size of 499.62 MB
I'm thinking H264 is the best way to go for a web movie. Anyone have a preference of settings for H264?
Could someone please tell me what the best settings are, such as with Video Bit Rate, Deinterlace, x264 Deblock, whether to use CABAC, b-frames, Constant bitrate, 2-pass encoding, etc. Should I use the auto size: "Half DVD"? If you have a preferred settings file, could you please send it to me or make it available?
Anyone prefer Divx or other for viewing web movies? What are others experience with viewing QT only enabled movies?
1. What's the most widely accepted formatt?
2. What's the best quality video and audio for the web? (I'm thinking H264)
3. What's the biggest I can go and should I pixel double? (the ole' 320 x 240 doubled to 640 x 480? If not for that divisible by 16 thing I'd like to go to 720 x 480)
4. What's the smallest file size I can go and still have good quality pictures for my iPhoto movie?
