I've done some screen recording and am trying to export the resultant file for use in Premiere Elements. The problem is that I can't seem to be able to export it at good quality. Using various settings I've only managed to get between 5 and 15 meg for a five minute video, which is nowhere near enough as I will need to export it again from Premiere later down the line and more quality will be lost. I have only managed to get a large file when selecting no compression at all, when I end up with a 3.5 gig file, which is silly and it doesn't end up working properly in Premiere anyway.
Can anyone tell me what I should be doing?
