mp3 DVD with pictures

Is there an easy way to make a DVD with a bunch of mp3 music albums, with a track list displayed on a picture of the album cover. If you know what i mean

No. Specific media players might support proprietary playlists etc, however DVD players generally don't. If you want to do what you are asking about, you could either convert the audio to AC3 and author a simple DVD, or create Divx/Xvid videos of the covers, add the mp3 as audio, and get a Divx/Xvid capable player.

You could make a slideshow, eg with DVD slideshow GUI.

This would require you to transcode the audio to AC3 or MP2. But that's fairly simple, using BeSweet, for instance, which can take batch input.
