    I have looked over the board and tried several of the techniques to save flash videos from the web but I cannot figure out how to save flash from the site mtv overdrive. Any suggestions? Mostly looking for something free....thanks

    Saves fine here. Same as any other site using embedded flash/flv's.
    Just looked at the live http headers and got the URL.
    Videos are all stored on akamai.net.
