    I have only used versions 1.5 and 1.6, so I don't know about V2 specifically but the older versions wouldn't demux dvd-compliant files. Certainly it should output as a VIDEO_TS folder, with all finalised (muxed) IFO, BUP and VOB files.
    If in doubt, Google it.

    I think every authoring app really demuxes a muxed source to create the VOBs. Not necesarily as separate A/V temp files, but I think the elementary streams has to be taken out of their "envelope" (be it mpg or VOB) to be muxed into the output VOB. May be wrong tho.

    I am currently checking it out right now .

    It sucks though seeing this rubbish being used "[Periodical LICENSE VALIDATION] Required"

    One very good reason to say goodbye to this product ... that's a bloody nuisance in itself .

    Took only 2.3 min's to download for 18mb's .

    =========

    As with most tool's , when dealing with vob's , the product may reject them on the ground's the product dose not support the importation of vob's directly , specific audio type's found contained not supported , or even on the ground's the video dose not comply to it's requirement's ... just being plain picky .

    It's why we have freeware ... get's past all that junk when there combined .
