I have ripped my karaoke DVDs (quite a lot) on a my hard drives as VOB files, one file per songs. Here is the question:
Can any of the software below play these VOB files on the PC (WinXP) and allow changing audio (meaning switch between vocal and no vocal).
Power DVD, CinePlayer, Nero Showtime 2, any other ???

I think you can use Media Player Classic to change track in the vob, check under Play -> Filters - >Audio switcher or something.

Power dvd will do it too
open the .vob in power dvd and play ... right click anywhere in the power dvd screen (where you see the video) ... in the list that appears scroll down to audio languages ... you will now see the language options which in your case will be vocal or non vocal .... however they may just be listed as audio 1 audio 2 etc so a little trial and error will get the one you want
