Shame PC World can't get the name of the offending company right in the headline. They also confuse the issue throughout the article. It wasn't Sony. It was an entirely separate company called Sony BMG....
I bet if they wrote "Random House Settles With FTC....", people would notice. (The BMG part of Sony BMG own Random House).John Miller
