I want to prepare vcd but wihout program. Can I do it?
programs like nero ashampoo and the others can do it I know but I'm asking if I do or not.
I want to create folders as CDI, EXT, MPEGAV, PICTURES, SEGMENTand VCD like nero did.
and I will only change mpegav folder because I will change avseq01.dat.
I will put my new video as avseq01.dat into mpegav folder and I will erase the old avseq01.dat file

Does it work?If it doesn't is there any one who knows to prepare vcd without a program.
    Please help.
( I know to prepare vcd with programs)

You could possibly do it without an authoring program ... but it would be much simpler to use one.
    If in doubt, Google it.

I'd think a better idea would be to use VCDEasy, and just change/edit the XML file to create different VCDs from a kind of template. Then just use VCDEasy as an engine for creating the cue/bin (and possibly burn it to disk).
