    yes, it's podcast is one that has been on on my iPod since 1-1-06.
    While he often misses the mark on some Mac related stuff,
    (mostly related to useage of ffmpegx, and he NEVER mentions
    using Toast 7 for the stuff Fro' likes to do.. )
    he still manages to give good advice.
