I have an AVI movie that I converted with TMPGEnc as a VCD. I looked at the size and it is too big to fit on a single CD (930 MB). How do I setup TMPGEnc so that I can split up the file so have 2 (or multiple) files to copy to a CD? These files dont have to be of equal size. The only thing I seen regarding this is that it is only one file that is output.
Also, is their a program that can split the MPEG file into different files/sizes?

in tmpgenc go under file pull down, choose mpeg tools
choose merge & cut
on the pull down menu choose mpeg-1 vcd
now click add choose the mpg that you want
once its added to the list, highlight it and click edit
find where you want the movie to be cut at and enter that time as the end range.
when it goes back to merge and cut, click run. then follow the same things above but move the start to the end time you used before.
of course you can also check this out:

which happens to be the link to the edit area on the left
