Can't do it with Nero and VCD. Nero's VCD authoring is rudimentary. You can do simple still menus for titles, but that is about it.

Why VCD ? The quality is rubbish. DVD would be a better and easier solution. If you don't care too much about having great quality you could use Nero Vision to do pretty much all that you want.

I could tell you how to go about minidvd ... but some player's wont touch them .

But you may want to give this one a try ... http://www.dvd2dvd.org/
The download link is above "we support denmark" flag

Then you going to need this guide :

https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=111846 ... read some of the reply's just to check if user's have found issues .

    Beware of vbr audio .

Then to finish off , go to https://www.videohelp.com/tools?toolsearch=vcdeasy&Submit=Search
And grab the old freeware version .

Center of picture , and to the left is the link for the download

That's a method of avi to vcd ... for me , it aint my taste because downloaded avi's can contain poor video bitrate which dosent come out too good no matter how you try ... especially if you have to upscale the sod's to suit .

    --------------------

Obviously guns1inger hasnt seen my non-compliant vcd's ... people here cant believe the quailty I can get ... of course their a pain in the butt , because chapter point's are never going to be spot on , and require's multiple authoring adjustments to get them correct ... wonder where the heck I put that guide ??? ... with the rest of the 200 backup dvd's ... I'm going to be here for a week looking for that thing .
