I have Comcast cable with the digital HDTV DVR. I've been capturing a lot of UniversalHD thru firewire and thought I would try to capture the season premiere of 24 last night on Fox. It's definitely captured to my hard drive; there are two 5Gb .ts files (one for each hour) in my recording directory. But these suckers will not open or play! So far I've only tried VLC and Womble Mpeg Video Wizard. Error message says unsupported file format. Don't know what to try next. Any ideas? Any way to check if it's encrypted? I'm in Seattle, So King Co to be specific, if that matters.
