I understand Philips DVDR 3400/37 can record live programs when connected to a cable box using RF input / component inputs. Well it sure can do for NTSC signal. But do you know whethe it can record from PAL broadcast ? Please note that I understand it can record in both NTSC and PAL formats and playback in both but that is not the information I am looking for. What I require to know is whether it has the ability to record PAL signals from terestrial/satellite broadcast or from a VCR(PAL). You guessed it, I live in a PAL country.
