    hi there i have a friend deployed overseas fighting the war on terrorism. he has some short clips he wishes to upload to his youtube and myspace accounts. he would like to know how to get them on there at a decent quality.

    i'm not sure as to what program he is using to capture and encode but i can find out.

    i do know that he is using a SONY HVRA1U camera.

    edit: he is using latest version of sony vegas

    the native format of youtube is flv. use the free riva flv encoder. can't help you with myspace.
