recommendations on tv tuner card (again)

Anyone know of a pci tuners that:
1. uses the bt878 and is stereo (do bt878's ever come mono?)
2. comes with s-video and composite video input.

I DO NOT want fm tuner or remote as I find these cost adding features I do not need.

Both the Hauppage WinTV cards and the Pinnacle PCTV series use the BT878 and have both composite and s-video input.

The PCTV Pro card has stereo sound inputs and retails for about £90 in the UK. I use the cheaper version - PCTV Rave which doesn't have sound inputs. I can still capture stero sound perfectly well through my line-in jack on the motherboard.
