  1. If I have a .cue burned on a cd-r that I know works will it play on a dvd player with these capabilities?:
    '-Plays DVD, SVCD, CD-DA, VCD, mp3, CD+G, Kodak PIcture Disk, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW and JPEG "

    a cue/bin is an image of a cd and it can contain anything. but it is probably a vcd or svcd and it should work.

    Whilst I would not personally advocate KVCD (don't ask), playback will depend on how anal the player is in regards to VCD specs (since KVCD is out of spec). The easiest way would be to just try it and see if it works.

  5. thanks for the imput not sure with all this specs and such just that im planing on buying a cheap dvd player but wanted to know if it would play this before i got it.

    See if you can find the player at a local store, then take the CD in with you and request to play it on the player before purchase.
    If in doubt, Google it.
