If you are converting a Divx avi file to VCD which TMPGEnc filter stops the encoded VCD from having jerky or jumpy video. What I mean by Jerky video is that it seems to jump very slightly every couple of seconds or so.

I recently had the same problem with one Divx movie. The only thing that solved the problem was running it through VirtualDub to uncompress it first. Tmpgenc just didn't like that Divx file.
I had Virtualdub save it as a huffyuv encoded avi, but I suppose frameserving would work just as well.
