Hi, I just got a video off of Youtube using FF Unplugged i then used SUPER to convert it so i can play it in VLC. Now I am currently wondering if i can somehow rip the music from the video? if there is a program that could do this would anyone be able to suggest one?

SUPER can save you the audio as a wav or mp3 file. VLC can play YouTube flv's without any need for SUPER.

Load your youtube video. Click on the Output Container list and choose whatever audio format you want. You will see that some are marked Audio Only.

SUPER is about as simple as it gets. And it doesn't bite, so click around on it to see what it does.
