    Just gave my older WinTV FM (model 401) to my sister and now I'm looking for something to replace it.

    can anyone one recommend a good card that have TV tuner, FM radio card that has the following:
    - BT878 chipset (is this the latest one? my old wintv have bt84
    - good WDM or VFW (which is faster?)driver and that can capture AVI and works well with VIRTUAL DUB, FREEVCR, Windows Media Encoder
    - Good quality TV tuner display on PC without the scanline problems (my old wintv have alot of scanlines when there's motion.) The ATI aiw with tv tuners looks really good.

    links and good place to buy it for low price would be great also.. thanks in advance
