I'm ripping my movies over to WMV to create a movie library to watch through my 360. On a couple of movies I keep getting the Spanish soundtrack instead of the English soundtrack when I rip them to my PC using DVD Decypter.
Here's what I've been trying with my most recent problem child, Superman Returns:
1) Rip movie in IFO mode using DVD Decrypter.
2) Rename created .VOB file to .MPG.
3) Play the created .MPG file and I end up with the Spanish soundtrack.
4) Convert the MPEG to WMV using Windows Media Encoder and it is the Spanish soundtrack again.
I've also tried Enabling Stream Processing in DVD Decrypter and deselecting the Spanish Soundtrack and that just resulted in no audio. I tried mapping the English soundtrack to the address of the Spanish soundtrack and that results in no audio as well.
I also tried VideoReDo. I could hear the English audio track while editing it but the mpeg video that was created had no audio.
Color me confused?

If you use stream processing you should get separate video and audio files. I don't think wme supports separate files. But you can multiplex/join them together with ImagoMPEG-Muxer.
Or use DVD Shrink and just select one audio track and rip. Use vob2mpg to create a mpg from the vob files.
