I recently bought and installed on my PC a new VGA graphic card — MSI RX9550-TD256 TV Out/DVI - AGP.
I connected the VGA output to the PC monitor, install the drives and it’s working fine on the PC monitor. So far, so good.
I then connected the DVI card output to the VGA input of my LCD TV via a DVI cable with a DVI/VGA adapter; I changed the display properties settings for the second monitor (the TV) according to the supported max resolution (in my case 1024x768, 60Hz) but when I select the respective (VGA) input on the TV to see the PC picture, I can see nothing but the blue screen.
Am I missing something?
I appreciate if anyone could help me with this issue.
Thanks in advance,
Mário

DVI-D only works on PC monitors, you need to use:composite,S-Video ,VGA to VGA or component.
ATI sells a DVI to component adapter for $20US.
