    how do u know wether it's PAL or NTSC is your mpeg?? and wut kind of mpg u need for burning vdc is it mpeg,mpg
    or 1 or 2?

  2. 1. Try to open the mpg with TMPGEnc and see what the software recornize it as.
    2. mpg is short name for mpeg (for PC/DOS with 8.3 name limitation). VCD is mpeg 1 with its own specification (click on option VCD from section What Is on the left menu)

  4. Open up the file in Windows Media Player and check the statistics of it. The frame rate for PAL video is 25 frames whilst NTSC is 23.97 and NTSC Film 29.97 frames.

  5. actually pacmania_2001 NTSC is 29.97 and NTSC film is 23.97......you probably just typed it wrong by accidet
