Did someone say you need a previous version of the free Quicktime (pre-7) to get Rad to work with mov. audio? I have some mov. audio-only files but get an error when I try to convert them. I tried QT alternative but that didn't work with Rad either. If the audio is protected, would that stop QT alternate (or earlier version of QT) & Rad from converting?

Thanks for MpegStreamClip but didn't work. It consider's mov. to be a video file, but in reality it's only an audio file (QT timeline slider displayed, not a video window). When I try to convert with MSClip, it says something like "Error no video." Oh, well.
Just read in Tools comments it's Tmpgenc that needs pre-7 QT running.

Just tried WinFF - can convert the mov file to audio, but not to wav. Converts to mp3, wmv, dvd, ac3 (audio-level drop in ac3). It can also re-save the mov as mov, and the new mov can be opened in Nero wave editor (only one channel) or played in Windows Media player.
    Better than nothing.
