How can I exchange the Movies sound ?

Can I exchange SnowWhite a Disney movie sound [language A] ,With another one

[Language B] of the same movie ; but has a bad quality .

The Good one[A] is one part {702.604 KB} with Extention .mp4

The bad one(b) is two parts the sum is{307.773 KB} with Extention .asf

U R pointed? I paid for an Arabic sound VHS V. Tape since twenty years ago;and I paid for

an English sound CD since two years... Now I want to put the new good quality video with

the arbic audio on my coputer.Where is that illegal work Dear moderator.?
