    Was there ever a resolution to the problem of VP5 only burning to the A-03 at 1X speed using DRD-R blanks?

    I have VP5 service pack 1 installed under Win98se and have this problem.

    No not even with a firmware upgrade , I have been told that TDK disks will burn at 2x try www.scan.co.uk
