    Hi.

I am looking at starting a PodCast radio Show, but I have a few questions.

    Equipment I have:
    Mic: AKG C 1000 S
    Headphones: Sony MDR-7506
Computer: Dell Inspiron 600m (Laptop) [Windows XP]

What are the basics that I need to start?

    Any help would be great!

P.S. The show would be one hour, once a week.

    Thanks for reading!

Software to record would be a good start. Audacity is free and pretty flexible. I don't know what it takes to post a podcast, but iirc there are a multitude of free podcast hosts out yonder on the internet.
