Hi, I have a copy of DVD-lab PRO, and I'm making a DVD... however, I'm not sure what to do on the menus. I want say, all the video links (seperate VOBs) to be the same size, and neatly apart from each other. I've made my own background, and the chapter links are pictures that I've inserted.

Is there any ways to make the pictures the same size, and even?

    Thanks.

Select all the menu items, then go Menu -> Align -> Make Same Size. Also under the Align menu option you can shift everything left or right or centred. When aligning to, for example, the left, choose the anchor menu item first, then hold down the ctrl key while you select the rest. DLP aligns against the first item selected.

Ah, thanks. That helped... Except, is it possible to exactly position the objects on the menu, rather than going by eye? Thanks.

    Hi Cyan,

There are several ways to align elements on the menus in DLP. I like to use the snap to grid option. This in the menu toolbar and the button aligns directly under the Window menu (on my screen).

    Good luck.

Under the Edit menu is Snap to Grid. This overlays a grid on the menu screen.

Personally, I do most of my menu creation in photoshop for still menus, and Vegas for motion menus.
