    Hi!
I am trying to use ffmpeg to convert some video files to PSP video, but I am clearly making something wrong and I need your help.
I am following the instructions for H.264 conversion found here (http://www.ffmpegx.com/psph264.html), but I am probably missing something.
The video file I am trying to convert is a 22min avi file. The first thing I do is open the file in ffmpeg and select PSP H.264 as the target format.
I then go to the audio tab. The AAC is preselected and I just change the bitrate to 48 and the sampling to 24000. Channels and mode are left at stereo and CBR.
Under the video tab the codec is preselected as H264 [M.P4] ffmpeg. I change the resolution to 320x240. The framerate is 29.97. I then enter 50MB as the target size and press on bitrate to automaticaly calculate it. The calculated bitrate is 268.
Finally under options the encoding profile is psp and I choose a name for my video (does this name make any difference at all?). I leave QMin, QMax and keyframe untouched at 10, 51 and 250.
I press encode and transfer the file that is created to my 100ANV01 folder of the PSP.
The file appears as corrupted data on my PSP.
My PSP FW version is 2.71.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks a lot for your help.

What version of ffmpegX did you use? You need at least ffmpegX 0.0.9w r5 for PSP 2.71 firmware.

Avoid spaces or special characters in the name to be safe. E.g., try 'LaJetee' instead of 'La Jetée'.

The name is for browsing the movie clips catalog on the PSP only. The default 'Movie' would be a valid name just as well.

I am using version 0.0.9x r2 and I do not have spaces in the name.

PSP encoding works fine. I only have this problem with PSP H.264
