    I have a divx movie which I downloaded from the net, the format is divx 4.11 file size is about 800MB and both sound and video is good. file is 604x304 resolution 25fps, my question is can this file be converted to svcd (480x480) or I just simply make good with vcd?

    use vcd it is better for divx conversion.

    you 800mb divx will have to be splitted in two 500-600 mb vcds. if you dvd player support it do two 800mb xvcds! the quality should be better!
