    i currently have a tv connected to this pc and used to use winamp to just drag the video window across and fullscreen onto my tv

    a while ago this started screwing up and i just said bugger it and started using media player classic to do this

    basically when i start winamp initially the video window works fine and fullscreens on my computer monitor no probs - once i drag it over to the tv it starts heavily flickering, then when i bring it back the flickering continues and wont stop until i close and reopen winamp

    im sure some of you will say that winamp sucks as a video player but i really like the playlist and windows media player wont fullscreen on my tv

    your thoughts?

    Could be a video driver issue, specifically with overlay.

    It might be also a codec mess up issue.

    Try also the Zoom Player alternative...
