  1. Hello to everybody!
I will really appreciate it if somebody here helps me telling me a program with which I could make a copy of a PAL DVD, having as result an NTSC one.
In advance, thank you very much.
    Regards.

There is no single program that can do what you want. There are processes you can follow using a number of programs. How complex it becomes depends on how much you want. Converting just the movie is relatively simple. Converting a whole disc, including menus and extras, can become a lot more work.

While this guide uses the tmgenc encoder, any good encoder can be substituted. The rest is pretty sound. Read the whole thing, as these guides often get refined over time and with input from others. Read it, then read it again before starting

Of course the simplest solution is to get a multi-format player to avoid the pain.

The link provided by guns1inger is a great link on the topic.

It includes a "mini-guide" doing the conversion with AviSynth which is the preferred way but I also wrote a more in-depth guide that uses TMPGEnc Plus with no AviSynth.

Here is a link to that guide: CLICK HERE

I linked to that one first, then changed it to the pulldown method as it is simpler (and a slightly shorter thread)
