When making a vcd with LSX Mpeg, how do I adjust the aspect ratio to get letter box. I've tried everything, but can't get it right. It keeps coming up full screen. Any advice?

Under Advanced options select either the MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 tab depending on what you are encoding to and alter the aspect ratio code to correspond to 16:9

I tried entering code 6 for 16:9, 525 lines, but it still came up full screen. What could be the problem? Any other ideas?

I want to burn it to VCD to play on a TV. I test it on my computer and it comes out full screen as opposed to TMPGEnc, which allows me to select 4:3 and it plays in letterbox on my PC and TV. How do I make it letterbox?
