Have the PV233 Card, this card will only default to the standard VCD setting, the only problem is the ending capture has to many "Blocks" in for me. Can I run the file through TMPGEnc to "Clean" it up a little? If I can do this what Template/Setting Should be used. By the way I did find the Reg Tweaks and installed them for this card. Thanks In Advance

You can capture at a high bit rate, and then make a VCD in Tmpeg with the normal VCD template. Tmpeg will read the mpeg-1 file from the PV233 directly.
