Okay I am rather new to my mac so I am not exactly sure what to do...I use Mac The Ripper to rip my original DVD's but I dont know how to burn the file that it produces onto a DVD so that it can play in a DVD player...so my question is...do you know of any free program of method that I can use to burn my ripped file that contains the Audio_TS and Video_TS folder onto a blank DVD so it plays on a DVD player and opens automaticly like the original at the menu? thanks replys will be greatly appreciated!

DVD Imager, if you don't need to shrink the video content.

If he wants menus and main feature, than he will probably need a compression app. I would recommend DVD2oneX2.0.6 It's not free but it compresses and burns. With the new releases he will need DVD2oneX2.0.6. You can get it HERE

I don't know of a free compression app. Use DL discs.
