Hy,
I have a clip witch is a part of a DVD animated menu. I extracted the clip with vobedit.
Now i have the m2v file ready to be processed.
I want to delete some menu buttons from this motion m2v. How can I do that?
Do u know a software for this?
I prepared in photoshop a picture layer and i want to overlay all frames from m2v with this pic.
How can i edit frame by frame the entire m2v
(Without Premiere Pro 2.0 - I don't have SSE2)

You will have to re-encode, so you really have noting to lose by using virtualdubmod to convert the file to a lossless format (lagarith or huffyuv) so you can edit/change it in Premiere, then re-encode. Quality will be the same as if you worked in mpeg all the way through, but you have more freedom.

Premiere will run (older version) or Vegas. You might even be able to do it in virtualdub - search for overlay and virtualdub for posts.
What are you authoring with ?Read my blog here.
