can i add subtitles to a foreign laungage film.

This is a long shot but is there any software that can add english subtitles to a japanese film? or is there anywhere i can download subtitle packs!.Im not sure how the sofware would work but possibly it could convert the japanese into english subtitles.

Download homemade subs from www.divxstation.com or www.divxsubtitles.net or google...

Or add subtitles and convert to a dvd, convertxtodvd.

Ive found the right pack but the subtitles are for two dvd,s! .I have only one file to convert.the framerate for the subtitle pack is 23,976 .How do i add this to the file and make sure its correct?.
