    My stand alone DVD plays PAL SVCD files in black&white and
    NTSC SVCD files in color. How do i convert PAL SVCD files to NTSC SVCD, I tried to use Tmpgenc but an erro occur "can not open, or unsupported." . The SVCD file is mpeg2 (video & audio).

    Please , anyone can help me ?

    I guess you are playing your SVCD's on a TV? Does your TV support NTSC & PAL?
